Day 01 : Arrive Cochin by international flight

Day 02 : Cochin
Morning sightseeing tour.
Cochin, Kerala's Commercial Centre, it has a fine natural harbour. Cochin(Kochi) gateway for Kerala is famous for Mattanchery Palace, St. Francis Church, Wellington Island, Bolghatty Island, Chinese fishing nets and Jewish Synagogue. Cruising on the back-waters provides glimpses of the rural life, fine view of the harbour and three islands.
Afternoon at leisure.

Day 03 : Cochin-Munnar Drive, 125 Km
Drive to Munnar and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free largely blanketed by tea plantations, this little hill resort offers breath-taking scenery. Situated at an altitude of 1525 metres, this town has a local bracing climate. The atmosphere is fragrant with extensive tea and cardamom plantations. There are enchanting high ranges, lakes and streams and lovely views of low flying clouds and mist filled valleys.

Day 04 : Munnar - Periyar Drive, 100 Km
Drive to Periyar and on arrival, check-in at the hotel.
Coconut Lagoon Resort in Kerala Periyar, Spread over an area of 777 sq km, this sanctuary has about 35 tigers and leopards. However, sighting a tiger in Periyar is a fortune for one out of thousand. The park encompasses a 26 sq km artificial lake and is the home of sambars, wild boars, elephants and antelopes which can be occasionally seen on the banks of the river during a boat cruise. Periyar, otherwise, blessed by nature has enormous tea, coffee, pepper and cardamom plantations and is lush green.

Day 05 : Periyar - Rafting/Trekking
Dawn to dusk totally in the wilderness, which consists of five hours of trekking through the forests and 2-1/2 hours of bamboo rafting. Package includes breakfast, lunch and snacks, forest guide/naturalist and transport to begin/end point.
Overnight At The Hotel.

Day 06 : Periyar-Kumarakom, 136 Km (Via Kottayam)
Drive to Kumarakom via Kottayam.
Kottayam, 64 kms from Cochin, it is another commercial centre of Kerala. Dotted with churches and covered with rubber plantations, Kottayam is just 16 km away from Kumarakom and Vembanand lake. To the city's west are delightful backwaters and to its east is the most fertile and scenic part of the western ghats having rubber, tea, coffee, pepper and cardamom plantations.
On arrival, transfer to Backwater Resort.

Day 07 : Embark from Alleppey /Thottappally Village-Rice Barge Arrive Alleppey, Today Cruise Through Pallathuruthy Canal, Karimpavalavu Village, Karumady Canal - The Long Stretch Of Narrow Canal - To Reach Thottappally Village For Night Stay.

Kettuvallom Tour, KeralaEnroute can visit Karumady Kuttan (a statue of Buddha and a temple) Alleppey, often called the Venice of the East, and situated on the Vembanad lake which is the longest lake in India. The commercial centre of Allappuzha lives in a maze of canals in the labyrinth of backwater channels, the town is one of the best starting points to explore the un-spoilt countryside of Kerala. Though ferries operate regular serves in the backwaters, a country boat is the best mode for a real experience of Kerala.
A visit to Nedumudi village market to witness varieties of Indian vegetables and fishes, continue cruise through Mancompu village. Stop for walk through Mancompu village and visit Bhagavathy temple - one of the oldest temples near backwaters Kerala. Visit Karumady Kuttan (a statue of Buddha and a temple) and famous Chambakulam St. Forane Church.
Enjoy the scenic beauty of colourful villages. Have a sumptuous meal on banana leaves. Evening - witness sunset through coconut palms while your boat lights up with hurricane lamps.
Dinner and overnight on houseboat.

Day 08 : Alleppey - Varkala
Early morning wake up to the tunes of lovely birds and watch sun climbing over the palm trees - breakfast on board. Witness the humble living of Keralites. Many goods are sold and purchased on barter system still today. Boat will headback gently for Alleppey jetty.
Disembark at 0930 hours and drive to Varkala.
Overnight at a beach resort.

Day 09 & 10 : Varkala
Days at leisure on the beach

Day 11 : Varkala - Trivandrum - Dep.
Transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination.
